You should know this term before you order anything from ModishGirl !!

1. Customers are served on a first PAY first served basis.
2. All items sold are non-refundable.
3. Customers should accept a slight color difference of apparels due to different monitor’s resolutions.
4. ModishGirl will not be responsible for any colour stains/colour runs during the washing process.
5. ModishGirl will not be responsible for any loss of items in the delivery process. Therefore, registered mail is recommended for all apparels so that tracking is possible.
6. Please note that all mail will be delivered by non-register mail. So there's no tracking number along with the confirmation email.
7. Payment thru PayPal is subject to an additional 3.4% surcharge of the total order.
8. We will keep all private informations safely as a privacy of the customers.
9. It is prohibited to use any pictures and centents from the website, unless their is a permission from us.
